What We’re Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience in software development
• Strong hands-on experience in C# or VB.NET
• Deep understanding of ASP.NET Core, Web APIs, and software architecture
• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL
• Proven ability to design, refactor, and optimize complex codebases
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Ability to mentor junior team members and contribute to technical decisions
