Interview with Cyberlogic’s CEO: The Digital Transformation of Tourism

Technology continues to reshape the global tourism industry, and this was the core of the discussion between Cyberlogic CEO Stergios Panagiotakis and Fay Chrysochoou on Vodafone Business’ ANT1 TV show “Your Business Can.”

Stergios spoke about the origins of Cyberlogic, explaining why the company was founded in Heraklion, Crete – at the heart of Greek tourism – with the vision to support travel businesses worldwide through modern, reliable technology. From the beginning, the mission was clear: help tourism companies evolve digitally, operate more efficiently, and become more competitive on a global scale.

Throughout the conversation, Stergios highlighted how Cyberlogic differentiates itself by building solutions based on the real needs of the travel industry. The company’s two core platforms, VoyagerX and xCoRe, reflect this approach. VoyagerX fully automates the operations and distribution of DMCs, while xCoRe enables Tour Operators to manage their products in real time with simplicity and intelligence. Cyberlogic continuously invests in Cloud technologies, Artificial Intelligence, and high-standard software quality, supported by international ISO certifications and award-winning product design.

When discussing the future of technology in tourism, Stergios emphasized that digital transformation is no longer optional. Tourism now requires full online connectivity across the entire supply chain – from production and management to distribution, marketing, and customer service. Real-time operations are essential for delivering true quality. As he noted, the future belongs to businesses that adopt technology bringing real effectiveness, not just a “digital façade.”

A significant part of the interview focused on Cyberlogic’s culture and people. The company has been ranked among the top five Best Workplaces in Tech in Greece for three consecutive years and has also been recognized as a Best Place to Work for Women. Stergios underlined that investing in people is central to Cyberlogic’s growth, and that every team member should feel pride and excitement in what they are building together.

Finally, Stergios shared Cyberlogic’s global footprint and the company’s next steps. Today, Cyberlogic operates in more than 20 countries across four continents, expanding through strategic collaborations with leading travel-technology providers and developing new services that strengthen its role in the international tourism supply chain.
