Our certification journey started earlier this year with two management systems certifications:
- ISO 9001:2015 verifying that our Quality Management System (QMS) is in accordance with the exceptionally high standards, while focusing and satisfying customer needs.
- ISO/IEC 27001:2023, which showcases that the Information Security Management Systems (ISMS) applied safeguards the Confidentiality, Integrity and Availability of both ours and our stakeholder’s information & data.
But we did not stop there. Just this June we obtained three more ISO certifications!
- ISO 22301:2009 which outlines the international standard in regards to the Business Continuity Management Systems (BCMS). This provides the confidence to our stakeholders that we have systems in place to ensure the continuity of our business and services.
- ISO/IEC 20000-1:2018 which is focused on a set of rules and standards concerning the creation, implementation, and sustenance of a Service Management System(SMS).
- ISO/IEC 27701:2019 which specifies all the requirements for establishing, implementing, maintaining and continually improving Privacy Information Management. This relates to GDPR and safeguards the privacy of information. It provides confidence that we take the privacy very seriously.
